MENTAL HEALTH

Feelings of stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and unresolved grief or trauma are common reasons people seek therapy. When these experiences begin to affect daily life, therapy can provide support and guidance by identifying the challenges present and developing strategies to reduce distress and improve overall functioning.

RELATIONSHIPS

Developing a deeper understanding of your relationship patterns and responses to others is an important part of the therapy process. Often, unaddressed personal issues create internal and external conflict, impacting communication and disrupting day-to-day functioning. My role is to help you gain the insight needed to move toward solutions and healthier conflict resolution.

ADDICTION

Recovering from addiction requires an understanding of the underlying issues that are driving you to seek comfort through an unhealthy substance or behavior. I take a holistic approach to treating addiction, combining mindfulness techniques with cognitive behavioral therapy to help develop and strengthen healthier patterns of living.
